Meet Our Office Staff
We have two full time office staff available to assist with all BICLP matters from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17: 00
BICLP Technical Manager: Mr. Leonard R.G. Manthe BS, M.Sc.
Mr. Manthe previously worked for the Ministry of Health as a Chief Laboratory Scientist and became Head of Department (Director). His remarkable contribution at the Ministry of Health was in the development and construction of the Botswana–Harvard HIV Reference Laboratory.
He also previously held the Director of District Operations and Infrastructure Development position at the African Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Partnerships (ACHAP), through which, he contributed in the construction of Infectious Disease Care Clinics for the Ministry of Health. His remarkable contribution was in leading the introduction of Routine HIV Testing in Botswana in 2003. Mr. Manthe’s recent engagement was with Tebelopele Voluntary Counseling and Testing Centers in HIV prevention, where he held the position of Operations Manager and Deputy Executive Director.

Call for Collection of CPD Points
All registered attendees of the 3rd BICLP Scientific Conference, which was held on the 15-16 June 2016, are requested to kindly collect their CPD Points Certificate from the BICLP Office. About BICLP Scientific Conferences BICLP’s scientific conferences are held annually to provide an opportunity for exchange of information and networking as professionals in practice, as educators in the profession, and as researchers who are accumulating population-relevant data to guide clinical practice in the country, thus awarding Professionals in Botswana a meaningful role to advance the affairs of the profession.
